Event Coordinator

To match our growing portfolio of events, our team is expanding and we have an exciting opportunity for an Event Coordinator to join our team.

 

The Role

You will have full ownership of:

  • Coordinating, executing and attending conferences;
  • Managing venue logistics, coordinating event collateral, supplier relationship management, speaker and sponsorship coordination.

You will be required to deliver conferences in a timely manner and on budget, whilst upholding our company values.

 

Who we’re looking for

  • An Event Coordinator with a minimum of 12 months events experience who might be looking for a step up into a more senior role;
  • Strong written and verbal skills;
  • Someone who is confident over the phone and highly organised.
