As an Events Coordinator you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and attending conferences. This will include but not be limited to managing venue/collateral logistics, supplier relationship management, speaker and sponsorship coordination. You will be required to deliver conferences in a timely manner and on budget, whilst upholding our company values.
Who we’re looking for
You would ideally have 12 months events experience in events and are looking for a step up into a more senior role. We love to see enthusiasm and passion for events in potential candidates, as well as a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will need to have strong written and verbal skills, be confident over the phone and be highly organised. Hotel background is a bonus.
