Reporting to a Client Sales Manager, your core responsibility will be to sell our conference tickets and workshops to senior level executives across a variety of industries. This is a phone based sales role where you will need to strive to exceed sales targets, being rewarded if you do so. We need our sales team to be able to recognise the needs of our customers, so keen listeners who have strong communication skills are desired. You will be a team player who has the confidence to cold call and develop new leads, and the ability to close within a short cycle sales.
Who we’re looking for
We are seeking driven individuals with a minimum of 6 months phone based sales experience, ideally in B2B sales. Our customers are senior level executives, so confidence and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. We’re looking for candidates with strong objection handling, and persuasive sales skills. Although a degree in business or other relevant disciplines is advantageous, we really value previous phone based sales experience. We want to expand our team to include positive individuals who uphold our company values.
What we offer
