Anne has had many years of experience working in large complex organisations as a CEO and senior executive in the health, community and ambulance sectors in South Africa and Australia. She has an excellent understanding of both the management and clinical aspects of the health system having started her career as a medical practitioner. Leading a broad range of portfolios, she has strategically managed the constant change, reorganisation, or redesign of services and resources at a national, state-wide and local level in positive and negative financial times. Anne now runs her own coaching, consulting and training business, Chameleon Leadership. As a business consultant, she provides objective advice and practical solutions to deliver sustainable outcomes to complex
challenges in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Using her experience of the day to day pressures experienced by leaders, Anne has successfully designed and facilitated tailor-made leadership
development and assessment programmes for senior, middle and junior executives/managers. As a coach, she believes that motivated, strategically aligned staff that are supported to maximise their potential are the best asset of any clientfocused business.
