Strengthening information security

On the 1st July 2019, ‘Prudential Standard CPS 234 Information Security’ will come into effect.  The standard aims to improve the resilience of APRA regulated entities against information security threats.  APRA regulated entities will have to go beyond following the practice guide to now demonstrate compliance with the new standard.  This one day event will explore the requirements under the new prudential standard and look at the practical strategies being implemented by institutions in response to the standard.
