“A man without a moustache is like a cup of tea without sugar”

What traditionally comes to mind when the word November is mentioned in Australia? Hot weather? Sunny mornings? Afternoon barbecues? The beach? Yes, all of these things we relate to November however the latest addition to our vocabulary over the past few years has become the word Movember.

What exactly is Movember? It is best defined by the official Movember Foundation – “During November each year, Movember is responsible for the sprouting of millions of moustaches around the world. With their “Mo’s” men raise vital funds and awareness for prostate and testicular cancer and mental health. As an independent global charity, Movember’s vision is to have an everlasting impact on the face of men’s health.”

So how did the Criterion Mo Men shape up this year? An office full of sour tea or enough sugar to fill our cups for a lifetime? You be the judge…

The after shot

Movember After

Most importantly Criterion’s Mo-Men successfully raised a total of AUD $1,602 this year, Tim Spence coming in with a whopping $561.50, and not too far behind him John Burgher with $255.00. This included our own Movember Man Food Monday Munches lunch. (try say that ten times fast)
