We’re very pleased to announce that over the course of 2015, Criterion Conferences gave away 162 free conference tickets to small not-for-profit organisations, amounting to approximately $275,000 worth of passes.

Our conferences in the social sector bring together thought leaders from a range of fields, and we believe it is of paramount importance that organisations of all sizes have the opportunity to attend and contribute to industry discourse.

Our events in the social sector this year covered a range of issues, with new events such as Ending Domestic & Family Violence, Tackling Methamphetamine and Improving Reintegration from Prison into the Community running for the first time. They joined ongoing conference topics including Housing & Homelessness, Vulnerable Children and the NDIS.

Free passes are awarded on a case by case basis for each event, to very small NFP organisations or interested community members who would not otherwise be in a position to attend. Larger not-for-profits also receive a discounted rate for all conferences in the social sector.
