While one in three of us will experience mental illness at some point in our lives, there remains a pervasive stigma in the workplace preventing us from talking openly about our mental health.

We compiled a fact sheet about the rates of mental health issues in the workplace, the associated cost and which industries are at higher risk.

To effectively address these challenges, the Australian Institute of Health & Safety and Criterion Conferences are proud to bring you the Improving Integrated Approaches to Workplace Mental Health conference, running from 2 -5 March 2020.

You will gain fresh insights, evidence-based strategies and practical ideas to implement in your workplace. Learn how you can take a holistic and integrated approach to address the systemic causes of mental ill-health in your workplace, and adopt proactive strategies to reduce risk and improve mental health for your employees.
