Last month we hosted our fourth national Self Directed Approaches conference in Sydney. It was an engaging two days where we heard case study driven presentations from disability service providers from NDIS launch sites across Australia.

One of the conference highlights was Steve Scown, Chief Executive of Dimensions ; the UK’s second largest disability service provider. Steve brought an excellent international perspective to the event, bringing first-hand experience from one of the UK providers at the forefront of self-direction. It was such a valuable session, so I wanted to share his insights with all of you!

If you are interested to hear more of what Steve has to say, check out his recent guest blog post International speaker feature: Steve Scown on self-directed approaches
