Ryan Maguire is an award-winning social media professional with a background in television news.

 

Ryan works with Princeton’s communication leaders and community members to create successful strategies and shareable content on behalf of the University through social media.

 

Ryan first gained professional social media experience at 13 WHAM News in Rochester, New York, and at NBC Philadelphia before helping lead social media efforts for three years at his undergraduate alma mater, the University of Delaware.

 

During this time, Ryan earned his master’s degree from Drexel University, completing his thesis, Social Media and the Local Television News Audience, shortly before joining Princeton in 2014.

Hayley has worked in digital media for over a decade. She started out her career working in media research for telecoms giant France Telecom. She then made the jump to digital media planning and buying for Omnicom Media Group (OMG) working predominantly on telco and entertainment clients. A stint at Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) followed, crossing two continents and working across industries such as telco, FMCG, entertainment and education. Hayley has been with Facebook for over 4 years, consulting with key clients on how best to use the ever changing platform

An early adopter from way back, Brendon was frolicking in the social media space even before it existed!
 
From the days of IRC chat rooms and community forums, Brendon has been learning the tips and tricks of how to survive and flourish in this crazy digital world. In 2009, he launched his own consultancy business, providing strategic advice and social media expertise for major brands like the NRL Cronulla Sharks, Urban Rituelle, Kingston Technology, Rotary International, Stable Research and many more.
 
Joining TAFE NSW in February 2012, Brendon has piloted the TAFE NSW Social Media Strategy, creating and maintaining social channels with some of the highest engagement and growth rates in the vocational education sector.
 
A self proclaimed nerd and proud of it, Brendon has brought his engaging, entertaining and comical speaking style to conferences throughout Australia. He is fluent in both English and “Geek” and knows how to combine them in an easy to understand way.

Callum is the Social Media Manager at Cricket Australia (CA) and is responsible for the accounts associated with the cricket.com.au news arm of the business, as well as the men’s and women’s national teams.
