Alicia is currently head of project delivery capability within the ANZ Investment Management Office. Prior to her role at ANZ Alicia held the position of Chief Project Officer for Telstra, where she led the organisation’s journey to establish project management as a stand-alone capability separate from IT, business and engineering skills. Alicia spent several years as CEO, Human Systems International now a PMI owned company. Her experience ranges through several industries including Telecommunications, Banking & Finance, Defence & Aerospace, Pharmaceutical, Engineering & Construction, Mining, Oil & Gas and Government.
Alicia Aitken is also the chairperson for the International Centre for Complex Project Management (ICCPM). She holds a PhD in project management and psychology with a particular focus on how project managers cope with stress and a bachelor of business.
Dr Fida has over 17 years’ experience developing small molecules and biological products, from early development through to registration in both the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. At CSL, she leads the early stage development program working with global teams to develop antibodies targeting diseases with unmet needs.
Previously, Dr Fida worked at Cytopia Research to develop new oncology drugs to treat solid tumours and haematological cancers including Cytopia’s JAK-kinase inhibitor, momelotinib, which recently completed Phase III clinical trials.
Prior to Cytopia, she was involved in developing and registering oncology products at Hospira including docetaxel, oxaliplatin and gemcitabine.
Dr Fida holds a PhD in Physiology from Monash University and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Andrew thinks of himself as an information technology practitioner in professional services. His objective is to make IT relevant to and for his organisation. He has worked in consulting and management/Chief Information Officer roles in his career.
He has 20 years’ experience in ICT project and program management and business programs, including framing, overseeing and enhancing the entire ICT capital program and PMO at organisations such as DFSI and the University of Sydney. He has created and led multidisciplinary teams, both within ICT and outside of ICT context, to deliver impactful operational and strategic outcomes, including implements the recommendations of a major health and medical research strategic review, to establish large-scale multi-disciplinary research and education collaborations
His current role leads ICT project management across the DFSI cluster, which supports sustainable government finances, major public works and maintenance programs, government procurement, information and communications technology, consumer protection, administration of State taxation and revenue collection, and NSW land and property administration.

Trudi is now working with the Environment Protection Authority of Victoria in their Project Management Office. She is leading the development and implementation of the organisation’s program and project management capability roadmap. This will provide EPA and its staff with the expertise needed to effectively deliver projects and complex programs of work and support the organisation’s vision of becoming a world-class regulator.
Jan Rice is currently the Manager, Program Management Office at Eastern Health. She has extensive experience within the Health Care environment which initially began as a clinical nurse and midwife. Over the past 20 years Jan has worked as a Project Manager and as an improvement specialist supporting teams in the use of Lean methodology to improve efficiency through the reduction in waste and variation. Jan now has the exciting role of establishing the Program Management Office at Eastern Health. Other than spending time with her husband and 3 sons, Jan is kept very busy completing her Professional Doctorate in Public Health.
