Garth has worked for almost two decades in public sector management, primarily Information Technology roles. He moved to Medicare Australia in 2007 to deliver the Healthcare Identifier system which was the start of his journey in Digital Health one which has remained a constant link in his roles since then. Garth has also managed the Department of Human Services (DHS) Data Warehouse and was the strategic and operation manager for Health identity services whilst at DHS. Garth draws together his broad technical delivery and operation experience in his current role as General Manager of the Technology Delivery and Projects Branch at the Australia Digital Health Agency. Garth and his team are responsible for the My Health Record, National Authentication service for Health, Healthcare Identifier and Clinical Information products. Garth and his team are actively driving the future agenda of Digital Health to support a Healthier Australia.

Shawn has worked in the Department of Premier and Cabinet in Victoria since 2016. He worked as the Director of Strategy and Development in Aboriginal affairs with responsibilities for managing strategic planning, business operations, policy implementation, and aligning strategy and culture for high performance. His current role as Director of Service Delivery Reform is looking at opportunities to help government reform the ways it designs and delivers services to ensure all Victorians have the capacity and opportunity to realise their potential. Shawn is an MBA graduate with a passion for bringing business, government and community together to create shared value and collective impact outcomes. Prior to working in government Shawn worked in various roles for the AFL in Victoria and Queensland focused on growing engagement across traditional and emerging markets.

Craig is currently the Director of Digital Services at IP Australia were he manages the agencies contact centre, the virtual assistant ‘Alex’ and ‘eServices’ – IP Australia’s transactional web interface. Prior to IP Australia, Craig had a long career at the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and AusAID across various ICT management roles. These include managing IT service centres, managing interagency services, Whole of Government liaison, supporting web applications and reforms to data centres and software licencing. Craig has a passion for delivering great customer service through the digital channels he has managed throughout his career. Being responsive to user needs he approaches digital transformation with the attitude of ‘If you can deal quickly with the simple stuff, your team has time to add value where it matters’.

He is currently leading the Customer Centric Program for the Office of Environment & Heritage, responsible for Customer Experience, Innovation and Digital strategy. Prior to his current role, Rohit spent 10 years at AMP, and in his last role there was the Head of Business Growth and Performance, responsible for driving customer centred growth.
Rohit has a Master’s in International Business from Melbourne University, an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, is a Design Thinking practitioner and a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM) from the Australian Marketing Institute.
