Position: Marketing Manager

This is a very exciting and multi-faceted role for a savvy marketer with 1 years conferences B2B direct marketing experience to join our rapidly growing organisation. You will need to be highly entrepreneurial and innovative business thinker.


In this role you will enjoy all aspects of direct marketing including database management, analysis, campaign management, copy writing, e-marketing, online marketing and if you enjoy picking up the phone and negotiating marketing partnerships with media, associations and other industry bodies then you will thrive in this role.


You will work at the forefront of inventing new ways to marketing conferences.


The ideal candidate:


  • 1+ years conferences/events marketing experience and/or marketing qualification desired

Position: Database List Researcher

The role of database list researcher involves building our prospect database within the marketing team.


Duties include


  • Conduct name and job title research of executives in major companies across Australia, gathering relevant information from the internet, publications, reviews and relevant market data
  • Conduct fact finding telephone calls to prospective companies, and potential sources in the market to identify key personnel
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all information in and placed onto the company database
  • Receive brief from managers on research requirements
  • Liaise closely with the Sales, Marketing and Production teams to ensure timely submission of data at the right quality
  • Present and record information in a timely and organised way to Manager meet their needs
  • Maintain and update records on the database
  • Attend topic briefings from Managers on research requirements

    Position: Conference Producer


    The role of a Conference Producer is as stimulating as it is demanding. Our producers are the engine that drives our research methodology into a commercially successful event. With primary responsibility for quality and on-time delivery - this role suits those who regard attention to detail and on-time delivery as a way of life.

    As a conference Producer you will:

    • Identify and conduct in depth research with key industry leaders to develop conference agendas
    • Secure speakers identified as thought leaders in their industry
    • Write all conference promotional material
    • Lead and motivate cross functional teams
    • Manage and run your successful event (a very rewarding experience!)

    A successful Conference Producer will:

    • Be an exceptional listener and verbal communicator
    • Naturally create rapport both in person and over the phone
    • Have a competency for copy writing
    • Possess a thirst for knowledge and keen interest in current affairs
    • Be self motivated and ambitious
    • Have a strong commercial instinct and drive
    • An ability to work to strict deadline
    • Possess 2 – 3 years commercial experience and be degree qualified


    Prior experience in Conference Production will be well regarded, however candidates with a back ground in journalism or another research based role are also encouraged to apply.

    Position: Sponsorship Manager


    Our targeted events often provide unique sponsorship opportunities for companies that offer various solutions that interest our delegates. A sponsorship manager manages the sale of sponsorship opportunities across a wide array of events.

    The successful candidate will have 3 years business to business sales experience selling to solutions providers. Superior verbal and written communication skills are a requirement for success in this position.

    Your ability to accept training in our exciting sales methodology is fundamental to your success.

    Prior experience in Conference Sponsorship sales roles will be well regarded, however candidates with experience in similar business to business sales roles are also encouraged to apply.

    Position: Delegate Sales Associate
